The short version

Shoppers' measurements stay on their own device. The app never collects shopper names, emails, accounts or identifiers, and our analytics are anonymous counts.

What the app stores

For merchants: your size charts, product fit details and app settings, held as data on your own Shopify store, plus a backup copy and your plan state on our servers so the app can operate.

For shoppers: nothing personal. When a shopper uses the finder, their height, weight or measurements are processed in their browser and saved only in that browser's local storage, on their device. They can delete them in the widget at any time. These values are never sent to our servers and never attached to an account.

Analytics

The app records daily aggregate counts per store: how many times the finder opened, how many recommendations were given, which sizes were recommended, and cart totals for recommended sizes. These are counts and sums with no shopper identity, no IP addresses and no behavioral profiles.

Data deletion

Merchants can export or permanently delete all app data from the app's Settings page at any time. When a store uninstalls and Shopify sends its data-erasure request, we delete that store's data from our servers. Shopper data requests are simple to honor: we hold no shopper data.

Sharing

We do not sell, rent or share data with third parties. Data lives with our hosting provider (Fly.io) and Shopify's own platform, and nowhere else.
